This vibrational training machine is a nice easy way to achieve results you are looking for if you want good tummy muscles,strong back muscles and good tone in your legs.1) Ab Muscles: having good Abs muscles is a must for balance and posture. If you want to look slim then i can tell you that having a good inner core gives you good posture to stand taller. In some articles i have read they tell you that a weak inner core causes you to slump which in some people they start slouching and have a hump on the back of the neck. I have seen improvement in some of my clients postures so i can see the benefits of Vibration Training.
2) Back muscles: the muscles in the back contribute to better posture as well. Vibration has a series of different excercise poses that can help you form a strong back. Once again i have seen the results of clients who come into Body Buzz.
3)Leg muscles: From my excercising using vibration training i have found that i am able to do the simple things again. Walking up stairs,balancing on one leg to put jeans on,walking through a field of potholes,keeping up with the grandchildren and even just walking up the street without feeling sore calves. My legs feel really toned and i can bend using my knees rather than my back. I did not realise that alot of back injuries are as a result of using your back like a crane and using your hands and back to lift. Since vibration i have learned that because the muscles in my legs are stronger my knees can know take my weight and i know lift using my legs. In a way that has protected my back from injury.
